'Hello everyone, in this GameMaker Studio 2 Tutorial video we learn how to make health bars on our enemy objects. You can customize them to go from right to left, or top to bottom and vice a versa. You can also change all the colors to further customize what they look like when at max health, the background color, allowing a border or not and many other options. This is the first part of the health bars tutorial, where we specifically look at how to draw the health bars on the enemy objects and setup a new obj_status object to hold values for the next part where we learn how to set up the GUI and health / energy bars for the player. I go over some of the stuff from previous videos very briefly just to make sure everyones caught up to speed and to ensure that you can get this working even if you forgot one of the previous steps.
